PBW's Top Ten

Thanks to the insane writing schedule, I don't think I read more than fifty works of fiction this year. I can't provide a list by genre, but here's what I found notable in 2004, in no particular order:

No Graves As Yet by Anne Perry
Kiss Me While I Sleep by Linda Howard
Gods Old and Dark by Holly Lisle
Slightly Sinful by Mary Balogh
The Demon's Daughter by Emma Holly
Visions in Death by J.D. Robb
Odd Thomas by Dean Koontz
Slightly Dangerous by Mary Balogh
Because of Winn-Dixie by Kate DiCamillo
Raven's Shadow by Patricia Briggs

And the best book of 2004? No contest -- Midnight Rain by Holly Lisle
