New Cover Art

My German publisher continues to give me amazing artwork. Judging by the listing for the book I'm sure this edition is a translation of Twilight Fall, book six from the original series.

  6. I often judge a book by it's cover and i would definitely be intrigued by that cover. It is compelling.

  7. That's one lovely cover. Lyx is really doing a great job with your covers.

According to Amazon Germany, it's indeed the German edition of Twilight Fall. The literal translation of the German title is "Call of Shadows".

  8. I did a German translation of the title. It says Call of the Shadows. Hmm. I'm not sure that makes sense in English. FALL of the Shadows maybe, but what do I know, I'm not German or the publisher.

And really, who cares? I love the cover..!!

  9. Like Chinyere, I also judge a book by it's cover. That is a winner.

And since one of the protagonists is, well, of Teutonic birth, it seems only appropriate that the German edition should sport such a fine cover. Nitpik: I wish the male face looked more Germanic, like the American cover, which BTW is one of the most amazing covers I've ever seen.

I appreciate the translation, Cora (jotting this down for future reference.)

The American edition was hard to top; the cover model was extremely close to how I envision Valentin. :)
