I use TeamViewer often to help friends who have gotten into trouble one way or another by clicking the wrong link or if they've deleted something they can't find or have a different problem with their laptop/desktop that they can't seem to figure out. I get a onetime password from them that expires when we close the session and they watch everything I do in real time. A real gem of a program.

    And Nattyware has an awesome little free color picker too that I really like.
